Our process involves these basic steps:

1- Discovery
We will schedule a free initial consultation with you to explore your needs and goals, that will help us compile a detailed list of your requirements.
Issues we will discuss include information about your company, your product or services, your audience, your site goals and more.

2- Proposal
After our initial meeting, we will craft a proposal detailing different alternatives, prices and payment schedule.
Our payment schedule consists of three installments. The first payment will enable us to start designing your solution (your website, email campaign, web reports, etc.), the second installment is due to start development, and the third one is due upon completion of the work.
3- Development
The work begins with the design of the solution. We will present you with two design alternatives for you to choose from. We believe that good design evolves, so unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of design revisions. However, keep in mind that the longer this stage takes, the longer it will take for the end product to be delivered.
Once the design has been approved, we will start development. We will be checking with you periodically to make sure that everything is exactly how you want it and to get your feedback.
Once we have finished building your project we will test, test and test, and then give you access to view the final result. We will work closely with you to get final approval. Once you provide it, the site goes live.
4- Launch
After final approval and payment has been received, we will publish your website on your domain.
We can design your project so that you can take care of ongoing maintenance and updates, or you can choose to have us take care of that. If this is the case, we will present you with a maintenance package.
